Routine Cleaning - Base Year
Contractor to provide routine cleaning at Watervliet Arsenal as per PWS
(Performance Work Statement). Wages will be in accordance with the latest revision of the Service Contract Labor Standards.
** Offeror is required to furnish the charge per hour to be used for any changes (additions/deletions space to be cleaned) during the term of the contract
$28.50 COST PER HOUR.
Note: Contractor is to be paid on a monthly basis, in arrears, for work performed. If for any reason any portion of the required work for CLIN 0001 is not completed, the invoice will be adjusted based on the cost per hourly rate multiplied by manhours, overhead, and profit for the areas to be serviced.

The contractor shall strip and refinish resilient tile flooring in each facility once per year, unless specified differently in Appendix B.
