Janitorial Services - Santa Fe New Mexico

Background
The purpose of this solicitation is to request a quotation for janitorial services in support of DR-4652-NM. The requirement is set-aside for small businesses residing or doing business primarily in New Mexico.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is authorized to provide disaster assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, specifically to aid survivors of the Hermits Peak, Calf Canyon Fires.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, permits, and supplies necessary to perform services as defined by this Statement of Work (SOW) for FEMA at the Joint Recovery Office (JRO) located at 1712 St. Michaels Dr., Santa Fe, NM.

The building area is 94,829 sq ft. Daily duties include:
- emptying trash receptacles;
- sweeping entrances, lobbies, hallways, and corridors;
- spot vacuuming carpeting;
- cleaning water fountains;
- cleaning break area counters and restocking supplies;
- mopping and sanitizing bathrooms;
- disposing of trash;
- cleaning glass entry doors;
- policing sidewalks.

Additional duties required three times per week are specified in the SOW.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base period is from September 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024. Option periods extend through various dates until February 28, 2027.
