Janitorial Services - San Joaquin Natl Cemetery -- S201
Janitorial Services - San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery
Please see Attachment A for information and evaluation criteria. Questions must be submitted to David.Boyd7@va.gov by 2:00 PM EDT on 1/11/2024. Answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation.
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) requires janitorial services to be performed at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery. The cemetery is a National Shrine, and the Contractor’s strict adherence to the specifications is required and essential.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide complete Janitorial Services at specific locations within the cemetery. The work includes non-personal janitorial services, personnel training criteria adherence, physical security measures, quality control and assurance plans, administrative issues such as payment procedures and emergency service requirements, equipment and materials specifications, custodial services schedule, standards of employee conduct, supervision and training responsibilities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 03/01/2024 to 02/28/2029.
