Janitorial Services, Recruiting Centers, 6 Locations in NH   3

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a solicitation for janitorial services at six recruiting center locations in New Hampshire. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the leased spaces are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, supporting the mission of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space.

Janitorial services include cleaning designated spaces such as halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. Services will be provided on a two-day per week schedule (104 service days) at three locations: 537 Central Ave., Suites 1-3, Dover (2,273 sq. ft.), 410 South River Rd., Bedford (2,428 sq. ft.), and 172 West St., Keene (2,720 sq. ft.).

Additionally, services will be provided on a three-day per week schedule (156 service days) at three other locations: 1525 South Willow St., Manchester (3,600 sq. ft.), 211 Loudon Rd., Units E&F, Concord (3,667 sq. ft.), and 71 NH Route 101A, Amherst (3,750 sq. ft.). Specific tasks include vacuuming carpets and hard surfaces twice or thrice weekly; disinfecting high-touch surfaces; cleaning restrooms with environmentally friendly products; dusting surfaces monthly; cleaning glass surfaces monthly; washing trash receptacles monthly; de-scaling toilet bowls monthly; performing carpet cleaning biannually; emergency cleaning as needed; and replacing burned-out light bulbs as required.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance will begin at contract award with services in the base year starting on or about May 3, 2025 and ending on May 2, 2026. Option year one will run from May 3, 2026 to May 2, 2027 and option year two from May 3, 2027 to May 2, 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at six recruiting center locations in New Hampshire: Dover (537 Central Ave.), Bedford (410 South River Rd.), Keene (172 West St.), Manchester (1525 South Willow St.), Concord (211 Loudon Rd.), and Amherst (71 NH Route 101A).
