Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Cemetery Administration (NCA) honors Veterans and their eligible family members with final resting places in national shrines and with lasting tributes that commemorate their service and sacrifice to our Nation. There are approximately 135 National Cemeteries in 39 states that receive visitors, hold ceremonies and conduct committal services on an ongoing basis.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, professional expertise, equipment, and supplies. All equipment, supplies and activities shall be maintained, operated and performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County, Village, and Township laws, ordinances and regulations including OSHA standards. The contractor is required to provide janitorial/custodial services at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. The services include cleaning of office space, visitor areas, employee areas, public restrooms and locker room areas.
The contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Public Information Center (PIC) Office, Public Information Center Restrooms, Administration/Maintenance Building. The contractor shall also furnish sufficient supplies to ensure they do not run out and shall perform janitorial services on weekdays between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM, on weekends between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, and during holidays as designated by the COR.
