CORRECTION OF NOTICE OF AWARD: This notification corrects the previous award notice. FAA contract 697DCK-24-C-00107 was awarded to X-Clean Corp in the total potential (base plus four options) amount of $1,094,715.20.

NOTICE OF AWARD- FAA contract 697DCK-24-C-00107 has been awarded to X-Clean Corp. in the total potential value (base and four option years) of $513,364.00.

Please note that this an an amendment to an existing solicitation, not a presoliciation. This is an error in SAM,

Amendment 0003 adjusts the base year the start date to begin 03/01/2024. There are no changes to the period of performance of the option years.

Please include signed amendment and pro-rated base year and pro-rated grand pricing total (base plus four option years) with amendment.

Amendment is due Wednesday, December 20 at 8am Eastern time.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) add clause 3.14-3 Foreign
Nationals as Contractor Employees (July 2023); 2) adjust clause 3.6.2-29 Statement of
Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires (July 2023) to reflect the increase in federal
contractor employee minimum wages as per Executive Order 14026 at $17.20 per hour; 3)
incorporate edits to SOW (see J-1A SOW attached); 4) provide answers to vendor questions
(see attached) and 5) change the final proposal due date to Monday, December 4, 2023 at 8am
Eastern. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
Please include signed amendments and grand pricing total (base plus four option years) with
proposal.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to
Friday, December 1, 2023 at 5:00 Eastern Time.
Additional amendment(s) to answer vendor questions will follow. There are no other changes
