Janitorial Services for various locations in the Houston District across the Gulf Coast Region.   2

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires janitorial services across eight locations in the Gulf Coast Region, specifically within the Houston District. This contract is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and other SBA Total Small Businesses. The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in FAA operational facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the following locations:

1) Mobile ATCT - 2590 Airbus Way, Mobile, AL;
2) MSY ATCT - 900 Airline Highway, Kenner, LA;
3) Lafayette SSC - 220 Tower Jet Ranger X Dr Ste 106 F, Lafayette, LA;
4) Lake Charles SSC - 500 Airport Blvd Ste 107 F, Lake Charles, LA;
5) Lakefront ATCT - 8500 Lloyd Stearman Dr, New Orleans, LA;
6) Beaumont ATCT - 5040 Airline Dr, Beaumont, TX;
7) Baton Rouge ATCT - 8326 Merle Gustafson Dr, Baton Rouge, LA; and
8) Alexandria ARSR - 1059 FAA Ave, Alexandria, LA.

The tasks include waste management and recycling receptacle maintenance, surface dusting and cleaning of various surfaces including windows and floors (carpeted and uncarpeted), restroom sanitation including showers and locker rooms, maintenance of drinking fountains and kitchen areas. The contractor must adhere to FAA SOWs and DOL Wage Determinations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance begins on February 1, 2025 for a base year lasting until January 31, 2026. There are four option years available for extension:

- Option Year 1 from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027;
- Option Year 2 from February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2028;
- Option Year 3 from February 1, 2028 to January 31, 2029; and
- Option Year 4 from February 1, 2029 to January 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations across the Gulf Coast Region including facilities in Alabama and Louisiana.
