Janitorial Services for the Zig Zag Ranger Station.

Background
The Zig Zag Ranger District Office, located in Zig Zag, Oregon, is part of the USDA Forest Service and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The office serves approximately twenty year-round employees, several seasonal employees, and around 5,000 visitors annually.
The purpose of this contract is to provide janitorial services to maintain a clean and professional environment for both staff and visitors.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform custodial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Services include:
1. Basic Janitorial Services (TASK 1 & 2) - Twice weekly cleaning.
2. Monthly Janitorial Supplies (TASK 3) - Provision of cleaning supplies on a monthly basis.
3. Semi-Annual Cleaning (TASK 4) - Includes window washing and floor maintenance twice a year.
4. Annual Deep Cleaning (TASK 5) - Comprehensive cleaning once a year.

The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding janitorial services.

Period of Performance
Base Year: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025; Option Year One: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026; Option Year Two: January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027; Option Year Three: January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2028; Option Year Four: January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2029.
