Janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy and Annexes in Berlin, Germany   2

The solicitation may result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for one Base and four Option Years in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2024.

The requirement is to obtain professional janitorial services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the Chancery (Pariser Platz), Clay Annex, and the Curtius Annex in Berlin, Germany. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, elevators, and stairways. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel and all necessary janitorial equipment, expendable supplies and cleaning chemicals to accomplish all work required in the solicitation.

The Solicitation is planned to be issued in September 2024 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5024R0125.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
