Background
The U.S. Consulate General's Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Frankfurt is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for janitorial services at the U.S. Embassy and its annexes in Berlin, Germany.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for embassy staff and visitors, aligning with the mission of the U.S. government to maintain operational facilities abroad.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services, which include but are not limited to:

- Regular cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, conference rooms, and common areas;
- Waste disposal;
- Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming;
- Window cleaning;
- Maintaining cleanliness in outdoor areas adjacent to the embassy premises.

The contractor must adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing these tasks.
