1. Description. The Rio Grande National Forest has a requirement for janitorial cleaning at the Supervisor's Office in Monte Vista, CO.

The office is made up of approximately 20 rooms of different size, totaling 17,869 square feet. Thin carpeted flooring is used throughout. There are 5 restrooms total with nine (9) toilets, three (3) urinals and eight (8) sinks. There is also a breakroom with a sink.

7. Site Visit. It has been determined, due to concerns over COVID-19, not to offer a site visit.

10. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Multi-Year Contract.

11. Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option years. The base period will be from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. The optional periods will run 1 July through 30 June of every year following. An option year is not guaranteed. Funding will be based on the fixed price schedule of items issued upon award of the contract.

12. Contract Award Date. On or about 19 February 2021.

13. Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items.
