The purpose of this Sources Sought is assist with market research and to seek sources that are able to meet the requirement described within this document and attachments, if any. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All information received in response to this Sources Sought Notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. Responses to this notice are not offers or quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. The information identified within this Sources Sought are intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, and to indicate the quality of the services that will be satisfactory. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. The submission of capabilities for planning purposes and other market information is highly encouraged and allowed under this Sources Sought In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Part 15.201(e). This is a Sources Sought Notice for non-personal Janitorial services for three districts, approximately 70 locations (see attached) of the National Cemetery Administration (NCA). The anticipated solicitation will result in a Multiple Award BPA contract. The base BPA shall be a five year award based on past performance, janitorial experience and price. Fair Opportunity will be given at the task order level. Work under this Multiple Award BPA contract is expected to commence on or about July 1, 2022. Please note that these requirements are not finalized and is subject to change based on the responses to this Source Sought. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), may include, but is not limited to the following: Tasks 1. Empty waste cans and reline 2. Place furniture in proper locations 3. Spot clean/wash interior windows and door glass 4. Dust mop/wet mop all tile floors 5. Clean staff restrooms utilizing a germicidal disinfectant 6. Clean public restrooms utilizing a germicidal disinfectant 6. Check and Refill all paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers 7. Clean and organize all housekeeping closets 8. Interior and Exterior of windows and doors, as ordered 9. Buff all tile floors 10. Dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces 11. Clean Committal Shelters daily 12. Spot clean waste cans 13. Empty Recycling Containers 14. Wash walls and doors 15. Vacuum carpets, entrance mats, and runners 16. Strip and refinish all tile floors, as ordered 17. Shampoo/extract carpets utilizing soil retardant, as ordered 18.
