Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) requires janitorial services to be performed at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, which is designated as a National Shrine.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the maintenance and appearance of the cemetery reflect the nation's respect for those interred there. Strict adherence to the specifications outlined in this solicitation is essential.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for complete janitorial services at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery located at 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620.

Key tasks include:
- Daily inspection and cleaning of restrooms according to a checklist;
- Maintaining a clean and well-maintained appearance of structures;
- Providing all necessary supplies and equipment;
- Adhering to established training criteria for personnel including OSHA standards;
- Ensuring physical security by exercising care during duties;
- Establishing a Quality Control Plan;
- Conducting performance evaluations with government representatives;
- Providing COVID-19 cleaning protocols upon request.

Specific areas to be serviced include the Public Information Center/Administration Building and two Maintenance Buildings, with detailed cleaning schedules provided in attached checklists.
