Adding an updated Map and count per building the number of restrooms and breakrooms

Purpose of Amendment #1:

1. EXTEND DUE DATE TO SEPTEMBER 17, 2021 AT 1200 MT

2. NOTE: ADD IN YOUR MONTHY COST THE FOLLOWING: There are approximately 80 touchless paper towel dispensers on campus and each dispenser holds four (4) D batteries. All of the paper towel dispensers were installed in August 2020 and the lead janitor said as of today no batteries have had to be replaced. The usage for these dispensers is minimal in most buildings (approx. 30 dispensers have high usage) so I do not expect battery replacement occurring more than once a year and in many cases much longer.

3. ATTACHED IS A MAP OF NIFC CAMPUS

4. SITE VISIT SEPTEMBER 14, 2021 AT 10 AM MT, MEET AT: Park in the Old Admin Building-100 parking lot. It is right next to the security gate 5 when they enter NIFC.
Note: I have attached the Vaccination Certification Form, you will need to fill this out and bring it with you, along with your vaccine card, if you are vaccinated, if you are not vaccinated you will need to provide results of a negative COVID test, it can be any of the test available and you documentation of the negative test can be in any form that is available, for example a picture. Also you will need to wear a mask the whole time during the site visit.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, labor and all supplies (including red bags for biohazard materials) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) located in Boise, ID in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. There are approximately 600 employees located at NIFC year-round. This figure can double during the summer months.
