Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide Janitorial Services at the Nashville National Cemetery located at 1420 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115.

This contract aims to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the cemetery facilities, which serve as a final resting place for veterans and their families.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for janitorial services covering the basement, first floor, second floor, and porch of the historic lodge. The services include:

- Daily sweeping and mopping of all floors;
- Emptying trash receptacles in all restrooms and office spaces daily;
- Cleaning two public restrooms and two staff restrooms;
- Using a bleach solution for tiled and concrete floors, and an appropriate wood-safe detergent for wood floors.
