The purpose of this amendment 0003 (attached below) is to incorporate the attached revised SOW and the attached Questions and Responses recieved. Please reference the attachments below labeled: Attachement 01 Janitorial Myrtle Beach Florenece SOW Rev1 04.04.2024 and Attachement Questions and Responses 24-R-00016.

Janitorial Services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Myrtle Beach System Support Center (SSC) facilities consisting of Myrtle Beach Air Traffic Control Tower/TRACON, North Myrtle Beach Air Traffic Control Tower, Florence Air Traffic Control Tower and Florence TRACON.

Background
The contract is for janitorial services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Myrtle Beach System Support Center (SSC) facilities, including Myrtle Beach Air Traffic Control Tower/TRACON, North Myrtle Beach Air Traffic Control Tower, Florence Air Traffic Control Tower, and Florence TRACON. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB's only.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide custodial services for the occupied facilities of the Myrtle Beach System Support Center. This includes cleaning various spaces such as air traffic control towers, restrooms, walk-off mats, light fixtures, glass surfaces, and carpets. The contractor must also provide emergency cleaning services and ensure that 50% of non-hazardous waste is diverted from landfills as per EO 13514. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to performance requirements outlined in the attached Frequency Charts.

Period of Performance
The 5-year period of performance includes a base year from 06/01/2024 to 5/31/2025 and four option years from 06/01/2025 to 05/31/2029.

The work will be performed at the following locations: Myrtle Beach Air Traffic Control Tower / TRACON - 3242 Tower St., Myrtle Beach SC. 29577; North Myrtle Beach Air Traffic Control Tower - 1500 W. 33rd Ave S., North Myrtle Beach SC 29582; Florence Air Traffic Control Tower / TRACON - 2085 Terminal Dr., Florence SC. 29506.
