Amendment No. 0003, to solicitation 697DCK-24-R-00571 for Janitorial Services for various FAA facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District is being released to:

1) Add revised attachment J -12 JAX ATCT-SSC-EXE-TOP-Revised-Cleaning Frequency Charts in Excel format. This corrects previous attachment J-12 to include JAX EXE and tech ops in the overall frequency chart.

2) Add attachment Amend 03 solicitation for signature.

1) Post the responses to the questions received, see attachment J-5

2) Provide attachment J-6 JAX Time to clean operational areas of facilities.

3) Provide eight (8) attached working Excel Frequency Charts labeled J-7 through J-14).

4) Add clarifying language to SIR Section L AMS Clause SA18 Factors 3 and 4 only (see SIR amen 02 attached below for details).

5) Add clarifying language to SIR Section M AMS Clause SA56 Evaluation Factor 3 only (see SIR anend 02 attached below for details).

1) Reschedule site visits due to impending weather conditions effecting the service locations; site visits will now be held between the October 24th and November 1st, IAW Attachment J-5 labeled "Revised Site Visit Schedule 10.08.24"; and,

2) Incorporate contract clause SA23, as Attachment J-6, into Section M of the Solicitation document (SIR); and,

3) Extend the deadline for questions to close on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 12:00 EST.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a janitorial services contract at various FAA facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set aside for 8(a) competitive small business IAW AMS Clause 3.6.1-8 Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Certified Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. The Period of Performance is 5 years (base year plus 4 option years).

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial services at various facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District.

This contract is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set aside for 8(a) competitive small businesses, aimed at ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of FAA operational facilities.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform janitorial services as specified.

Key tasks include: managing waste/recycle receptacles, policing grounds, maintaining smoking receptacles, surface dusting and cleaning, cleaning windows and window coverings, maintaining carpeted floors, tiles, rugs, mats, and uncarpeted floors.

Additional responsibilities include cleaning stairwells/elevators/handicap lifts, restrooms/showers/locker rooms, drinking fountains, lactation rooms, kitchen areas, breakrooms, wellness centers, operational areas, and handling blood and bodily fluids.

The Contractor must also ensure quality control through a comprehensive Quality Control Plan.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 5 years consisting of a base year plus 4 option years.
