This is a request for Quote (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at the Indiana Project Office Grissom in Peru, IN
(contractor to provide all management.labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform work outlined in the Scope of Work). All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached Performance Work Statement {PWS) and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. The contract term shall be from the time of award to 31 December 2024

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Indiana Project Office at Grissom has issued a request for Quote (RFQ) for Janitorial Services. The contract term shall be from the time of award to 31 December 2024, with an option to extend the awarded contract for up to four additional one-year periods.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform cleaning services at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Indiana Project Office in Peru, IN. The work includes cleaning once each week, which shall include all office areas, break room, and conference room. The Contractor shall also provide all cleaning equipment, compounds, fluids, rags, disinfectants, trash bags (13 gal), and paper towels. Payment will be made monthly and invoices should be submitted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. A Government representative will inspect the work to determine compliance with the contract terms.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year work shall begin within 14 days after notice to proceed but not prior to 01 January 2024 and will continue through 31 December 2024. There are also options for four additional one-year periods: Option Year 1: 01 January 2025 through 31 December 2025; Option Year 2: 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026; Option Year 3: 01 January 2027 through 31 December 2027; Option Year 4: 01 January 2028 through 31 December 2028.

The contract will be performed at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Indiana Project Office (Grissom) located at 1525 W Hoosier Blvd, Peru, IN.
