The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Metropolitan Detention Center located at Brooklyn ,NY is requesting a quote to perform cleaning services of Dayton Manor located at 9325 Ft. Hamilton Parkway, in Brooklyn, NY. It is the intent of this solicitation to obtain a contractor to provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to perform cleaning services. Dayton Manor is comprised of four apartment buildings with eight floors in each building. The contractor is required to strip and wax all areas before November 10th and again before June 14th, 2024. On a quarterly basis the contractor is to mop and buff all hallways and common areas. The awarded contractor is responsible to provide all equipment and labor to strip all hallways and common areas Vinyl Composition Tile (VTC) flooring/concrete. Apply two coats of high traffic, high gloss wax to all hallways, common and elevator areas. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The location hereinafter referred as "Dayton Manor" shall refer to performance at: 9325 Ft. Best value determination method will be used to make awards. Contractors are not required to attend the site visit but are recommended to do so.
