Background
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking janitorial services for the Congressman Frank Evans Pueblo Distribution Center. The goal of this contract is to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities, which includes two buildings located at United Ave. and Excellence Ave. in Pueblo, Colorado.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various janitorial tasks including mopping, carpet cleaning, and other cleaning services as specified in Section 3: Description/Specification/Work Statement.

The cleanable square footage includes 59,670 square feet for the United Ave. building and 25,000 square feet for the Excellence Ave. building, with only certain sections of warehouses being cleaned.

Period of Performance
The contract will include a 12-month base period starting October 1, 2024, with four additional 12-month option periods extending through September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at two locations: 31451 United Ave., Pueblo, CO, 81001 and 31700 Excellence Ave., Pueblo, CO, 81001.
