Janitorial Services at the USCG Sector North Bend

(A) The solicitation number is HSCG84-17-Q-SNB0000 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5579, revision 1, dated 01/12/2017 is applicable and is attached.

(C) This acquisition is issued as total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is $18.5 million.

This service is for a base year of 01 June 2017 through 31 May 2018 and contains four one-year options that can take this service through 31 May 2022, if exercised by the Contracting Officer. The place of performance for this service is USCG Sector North Bend, 2000 Connecticut Avenue, North Bend, Oregon 97459-2399.

(I) Offerors are required to include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its Alternate I, with their offer. Offerors may complete this online at SAM: www.sam.gov . An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 with Alternate I online and that is it up-to-date and valid.
