This Request for O er (RFO) is for Janitorial Services at the HNL CMO/Flight Standards District Office (FSDO)in Honolulu, HI to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached
RFO 697DCK-21-R-00098.

This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561720 ( Janitorial Services), with the size standard of $41.5 Million.

The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years.

There will be NO site visit.

Questions or comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Saman Sraon, Contracts Specialist, at samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Friday, 02/05/2021. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may be provided to all Offerors.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:

1. Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specifications requirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of all exceptions taken.

2. Signed Standard Form 33 - SOLICITATION, OFFER ,ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD
3. Part I, Section B - PRICE SCHEDULE
4. Part IV, Section K - REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS
5. Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (if applicable)

6. Past Experience containing at least three (3) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (02/16/2021). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror".
