Janitorial Services

The Contractor shall provide services for the Government of the United States of America in Mexico City. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways, sidewalks, and patios. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
