Amendment - The purpose of this amendment is to rescind the previous solicitation dated 07/31/2024 - The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, vehicles, materials, management, supervision, inspection, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform facility cleaning, grounds cleaning and beach water testing at Waco Lake, Texas.

Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District, is issuing a non-personal services contract for Waco Lake Consolidated Services. The mission of this contract is to ensure that facility cleaning, grounds cleaning, and beach water testing services are effectively provided at Waco Lake, Texas. The Government will not supervise or control the service providers; they will be accountable solely to the Contractor.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the following tasks:

1. Facility cleaning services, which include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.

2. Grounds cleaning services, ensuring that outdoor spaces are kept clean and well-maintained.

3. Beach water testing to monitor water quality and safety for recreational use.

The Contractor is responsible for managing all aspects of these services without direct oversight from the Government.

The contract will be performed at Waco Lake, Texas.
