Janitorial Maintenance and Related Services for John C. Kluczynski Federal Building & Post Office   2

General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for the continuation of janitorial and related services at JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street and United States Postal Service-Loop Station (LPO), 211 S. Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois. Furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished, except to the extent any of the supplies may be furnished directly by the Government under the Contract, and otherwise accomplish all actions necessary to or incident to, perform and provide the work efforts described in the Contract. The building(s) shall be fully staffed, beginning the first day of work under the Contract and
throughout the entirety of the Contract, unless authorized by the Contracting Officer (CO) or their designee.

Amendment 0003, RFP 47PF0022R0092 - Custodial Services Contract at the John C Kluczynski Federal Building & US Post Office in Chicago, IL.

Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to extend the proposal due date to October 7, 2022 at 3:00 PM Central Time

The following section C will be added:
"C.1.1 The Contractor Shall
-Use innovation, technology and other means and methods to develop and perform the most efficient cleaning
services for the building and exterior granite as referenced in Sections B.1.0, B1.1., C.3.2.4, J2 and J.14.
C.3.2.4 Hard Surface Areas
The Contractor will supply 2 products manufactured by Prosoco, Inc. to deep clean the granite surfaces.
The 2 products to be used are Prosoco T2515 Klean & Release, and T2518 Activator using the cleaning standard
described in Section J14
The desired outcome of deep cleaning is for the granite pavers and stones to have a blended, clean appearance.
The deep cleaning of pavers shall be performed twice a year."

L.3 Instructions for Submitting Proposals
Past performance will be considered relevant if it meets all of the following criteria:
-Custodial and related services including but not limited to interior and exterior, snow removal, integrated pest
management, trash removal, recycling and window washing.
-Custodial and related services at a building or buildings of similar or greater size, complexity, use and tenancy.
-For completed contracts, within five years from the closing date of this solicitation
-For a current contract, the performance period is at least 2 consecutive years
