Janitorial for the Poteau/Cold Springs Ranger District

Background
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is issuing this solicitation for janitorial services at the Poteau/Cold Springs Ranger District Offices and Work Center located in Waldron, Arkansas.

The goal of this contract is to maintain a clean, neat, sanitary, and professional appearance across three service locations. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification Standard Code 561720, with a small business size standard of $22.00.

Work Details
The contractor will provide weekly janitorial services for three locations: the District Office (DO), East Office (EO), and Work Center (WC). Services include:
1. Weekly cleaning tasks at each location, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
2. Monthly cleaning tasks at the District Office.
3. Biannual window cleaning at all locations.
4. Emergency cleaning services as needed.
5. The contractor must coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to verify monthly schedules and notify them of any inability to perform duties.
6. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, transportation, supervision, equipment, and supplies except those specified as government-furnished.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 27, 2026 to July 26, 2031, including one base year and four option years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at three locations in Waldron, Arkansas:
1. Poteau/Cold Springs Ranger District Office - 1541 Hwy 248 West; Waldron, AR 72958.
2. PCS Office East - 800 Forest Center Road; Waldron, AR 72958.
3. PCS Work Center - 989 Forest Center Road; Waldron AR 72958 UNITED STATES.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Compliance with OSHA standards and provision of personal protective equipment for employees.
- Ability to provide a sound technical approach that meets all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
