Description

This RFI is issued only for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.

The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Veterans Affairs requires a contractor to supply janitorial equipment, that will allow facility employees to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients throughout the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide and deliver multiple pieces of equipment as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Background
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is activating a new 58-bed inpatient hospital in downtown Tulsa, housed in the historical Kerr-Edmondson building. The goal of this contract is to supply janitorial equipment that will enable facility employees to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients at the Tulsa VA Medical Center.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and deliver the following janitorial equipment:

1. **Backpack Vacuum** - GD 5 BATTERY HEPA US Model 41600874 or equivalent.
- Quantity: 6
- Salient Characteristics:
- Cordless and ergonomic backpack design for maximum freedom and mobility.
- Up to 60 minutes of runtime on a fully charged 36V Lithium battery.
- Charge time of only 40 minutes allows for continuous cleaning with two batteries.
- No cord to trip over, ensuring a safer cleaning environment.
- Boost function for added suction power during heavy-duty cleaning.
- Low sound pressure level for cost-effective daytime cleaning.
- Optional HEPA filter available for optimized air quality.

2. **Carpet Cleaner Vacuum** - Task-Pro 39 inch 18 Gallon Wet and Dry with Squeegee TP18WD or equivalent.
- Quantity: 2
- Salient Characteristics:
- Wet and dry vacuum cleaner with a 24-inch squeegee.
