This is an official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services, Services Acquisition Branch intend to solicit and award a contract for Janitorial and Related Services at the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse 111 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, MO 63102 and Clyde S. Cahill Memorail Park /112 S 10th Street, St. Louis, MO 63102.

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial and related services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation at the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse 111 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, MO 63102 and Clyde S. Cahill Memorail Park /112 S 10th Street, St. Louis, MO 63102.

The solicitation number is 47PG0122R0002. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on Contract Opportunities, SAM.gov, on or about 01/18/2022. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for the 8(a) Small Business Program and the size standard is $19.5 million. Proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2022. DO NOT submit questions until the RFP is issued on or about Januray 18, 2022.
