Janitorial and Grounds Keeping Services in San Antonio and Laredo, TX

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial and grounds keeping services in San Antonio and Laredo, TX. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) and all other SBA Total Small Business under a Tier evaluation criteria.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing janitorial & groundskeeping services at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) buildings and offices in three locations. The contractor must provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to have access to all designated spaces including halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. The contractor must manage the total work effort associated with the custodial services required herein to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these services. Work control procedures must be implemented to ensure timely accomplishment of work requirements and to permit tracking of work in progress. The initial work schedule must be submitted for approval within 15 days after award. The contractor must schedule and arrange work so as to cause the least interference with the normal occurrence of Government business and mission.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance Begins 1/1/2024 for a base year plus four (4) option years.
