Background
The solicitation is for the procurement of a Rapid Response Boom System for the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF). The contract is being issued under subpart 12.6 and 13.5 on an unrestricted basis. Work Details

- BR-8x16 Hydraulic Tailorized Boom Reel - all aluminum construction, 8' dia. x 16' long spool
- Unique control panel for forward/reverse/free wheel/speed control
- Model DHP-10gsmw diesel hydraulic power pack (DHPP)
- All necessary hydraulic hoses
- Level winder for ease of deployment/retrieval
- Dual axle trailer with extension stabilizer jacks for safe deployment/retrieval of boom
- Operations Manuals included
- Fabric Cover for Boom on Reel & Fabric Cover for the DHPP Powerpack
