Description

Design and construct a three bay boat maintenance facility and an adjacent outdoor concrete bay slab. The facility will include office and storage areas. The outdoor bay shall be approximately full width of the building and wide enough to park the travel lift on. The facility shall include floor drains that would be tied into a storm sewer system with an oil/water separator that would allow the run off to be directed to the sea. This contract action was awarded as a direct award through the 8(a) Program of the Small Business Association (SBA) to a qualified 8(a) small business.
