Jaggaer Advanced Sourcing Optimizer

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has a requirement to procure Jaggaer Advanced Sourcing Optimizer (ASO) as part of the Bid Evaluation and Optimization System (BEOS) component of the Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) System. This software package is a customized solution available only for USDA. The software solution is comprised of several components including access technology fees, maintenance fees, and support labor. The Jaggaer ASO solution is currently provided to USDA via AG-32KW-C-15-0019 and is due to expire September 29, 2020.

USDA plans to procure this software on a sole source basis from Jaggaer, LLC located at 3020 Carrington Mill Blvd., Suite 100, Morrisville, NC 27560. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations. Award of the contract is estimated to be April 2020. Questions concerning this acquisition must be in writing and directed to BeverlyS.Brown@usda.gov. Responses must be received by 10:00 A.M. eastern time March 31, 2020 at 3:00 pm eastern time.
