Background
The Jacksonville Job Order Contract (JOC) is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) for small to medium, multi-traded maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor new construction projects at Government Facilities located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas.

The goal of this contract is to provide a flexible and efficient means for the government to procure construction services as needed. This solicitation is a product of a Sources Sought notice posted on November 19, 2025.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a variety of construction tasks including but not limited to: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing/Envelope Repairs, Interior Renovations, Heating, Ventilation and Cooling repairs and component replacements.

The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the projects. The work may also include incidental requirements for surveying, testing, and abating lead and asbestos.

Specific examples of work include: fire protection alarm relocation; non-structural demolition; HVAC unit repair; roof replacement; flooring installation; interior and exterior painting; window replacement; and more. The contractor must also provide Construction Surveillance Engineers (CSEs), Construction Surveillance Engineering Technicians (CSETs), Schedulers and Planners as required.

Period of Performance
The base year performance period is set for 12 months with options for four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The primary location for the performance of this contract will be at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville in Florida.
