Synopsis:

HQ USSOCOM is currently in the acquisition planning process for the follow on effort for contractor support personnel to assist J4 in implementing and systematically maintaining the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse, Maintenance & Utilization (M&U), Registry, Property Accountability, Force Management, and Materiel Management modules across all Special Operation Forces' supply support activities. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. A formal milestone schedule has not yet been finalized; however, the following are the tentative dates for release of information concerning the follow-on requirement:

Background
HQ USSOCOM is currently in the acquisition planning process for the follow on effort for contractor support personnel to assist J4 in implementing and systematically maintaining the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse, Maintenance & Utilization (M&U), Registry, Property Accountability, Force Management, and Materiel Management modules across all Special Operation Forces’ supply support activities. The notice is not a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be available for this requirement. A formal milestone schedule has not yet been finalized.

Work Details
The purpose of this contract is to provide up to 50 contractor support personnel to assist J4 in implementing and systematically maintaining the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse, Maintenance & Utilization (M&U), Registry, Property Accountability, Force Management, and Materiel Management modules across all Special Operation Forces’ supply support activities. The contractor shall be responsible for executing their proposed transition plan and ensuring fully qualified personnel with the requisite background experience are in place no less than 14 days from contract award. The contractor shall ensure no interruption of mission occurs during the transition period. The contractor must plan for the transfer of work control, delineating the method for processing and assigning tasks during the phase-in/phase-out periods.

Period of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed include HQ USSOCOM at MacDill AFB, Florida and SOFSA at Bluegrass Station in Lexington, KY.
