Competition under FAR Part 6.2 - Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources and FAR Part 16.703 - Basic Ordering Agreements: Project to Stabilize Washout Along Road to Magazine J3 - award issued as a task order under NWS Earle 8(a) Basic Ordering Agreement N4008522G2502. The work includes site mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, pavement removal, installation of a sheet pile bulkhead wall, guiderail installation, dewatering, excavation, backfilling, traffic control; surveying, stabilization, seeding, planting and other site restoration as required, and incidental related work.
