The Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System (VAAAHCS), in Ann Arbor, MI. has a need for Fuel Quality Maintenance/Resupply Services. The VA contemplates making a single award. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary parts, materials, labor, supervision, equipment, technical manuals, and transportation to perform Fuel Quality Maintenance and Fuel Resupply Services for underground fuel storage tanks at the VAAAHS. Key tasks include:

1. One-time tank jet cleaning (mechanical cleaning) before fuel testing and deliveries;
2. One-time fuel polishing and filtering to ensure a clean supply of fuel;
3. Semi-annual water remediation and bottom cleaning of all fuel storage tanks;
4. Annual fuel stabilization treatment to maintain acceptable fuel quality;
5. Initial baseline fuel quality test;
6. One-time fuel delivery during the performance period as per contract requirements.

All services must conform to standards set by NFPA, ASTM, OSHA, and OEM specifications.

The services will be performed at the Veteran’s Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System located at 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
