Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, is seeking to procure furniture reupholstery and updates for the Nashville VA Medical Center lobby. This initiative aims to enhance the healthcare environment by providing high-quality, sustainable furniture solutions that meet the Veterans Health Administration's specifications. The project includes design, project management, and professional installation services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Provide healthcare furniture including modular seating upholstery covers, seating, tables, and related accessories.

2. Conduct project management to oversee design, ordering, shipping, delivery, and installation of new furniture.

3. Remove existing furniture and relocate it as per specified drawings.

4. Dismantle and reassemble modular seating to attach new cushion covers and install new chairs.

5. Dispose of two (2) 3-seat modular seating sections.

6. Prepare and provide 'as built' furniture drawings in PDF and AutoCAD formats.

7. Provide maintenance manuals for all products specified.

The contractor must also attend in-person meetings with the VA Interior Designer to review final designs and make necessary revisions.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025.
