Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 22, is issuing this solicitation for preventive maintenance and corrective repair services for Artisan Pro Link systems at various healthcare facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the equipment remains operational and effective in supporting the healthcare services provided by the VA Long Beach, VA Loma Linda, and VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare Systems.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repair service as well as software support for the following equipment:

1. Artisan Link Pro Slide Stainer (Model ALP216010) located at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
2. Artisan Link Pro Slide Stainer (Model ADL810100) located at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
3. Artisan Link Pro Slide Stainer (Model ALP216020) located at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System.
4. Artisan Link Pro Slide Stainer (Model ALP216030) located at VA Long Beach Healthcare System.

Tasks include:
- Performing on-site preventive maintenance inspections according to OEM recommendations using OEM certified parts.
- Providing software support including bug fixes and updates to maintain functionality.
- Offering 24/7 toll-free phone support.
- Ensuring unlimited service calls with an on-site response time within 24 hours on business days.
- Considering all repair requests as emergencies unless stated otherwise by the VA Point of Contact.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year for the base year starting from November 18, 2024, to November 17, 2025. There is also an option for an additional year from November 18, 2025, to November 17, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the following locations: VA Long Beach Healthcare System, VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, and VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
