Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, on behalf of the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a one (1) year fixed price contract with four (4) option years, for full service and maintenance for Ventana Laboratory Equipment at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. Contractor shall furnish all services in accordance with Statement of Work and schedule as identified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $22 million in average annual receipts. This procurement with be unrestricted full and open competition. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is responsive and conforming to the RFQ using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures (LPTA). All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/) prior to submitting a quote. If claiming veteran status, you must be verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) prior to submitting a quote. Information and solicitation documents for this solicitation will be posted on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for posting of the solicitation package, addenda to the solicitation and any other pertinent information. The Government is not obligated to award a contract because of this notice, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
