Background
The Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System is seeking contractors to provide support and maintenance for the Viewpoint Wireless Temperature Monitoring System. The goal of this contract is to ensure the system operates effectively and meets compliance standards, thereby supporting the healthcare mission of the VA.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a comprehensive service agreement for the Viewpoint Wireless Temperature Monitoring System, which includes:

- Extended Hardware and Software Warranty;
- Unlimited Software Support via telephone, VPN, and remote web access;
- Automatic Software Updates;
- Unlimited Web Training for users;
- Continuous System Monitoring;
- Monthly Flash Reports summarizing system usage for facility leadership;
- Performance Analysis and Remote Troubleshooting with periodic diagnostic tests;
- On-Site calibration operations for Pharmacy and Lab NIST probes, including annual recalibration for Lab probes and semi-annual for Pharmacy probes.

The contractor must also ensure all work complies with VA safety standards and provide fully qualified personnel for on-site services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed annually with specific tasks scheduled throughout the year, including monthly reports and regular calibration services.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System facilities.
