The Contractor shall provide all labor & materials required to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and unscheduled /corrective maintenance (CM) to include peripherals, probes, accessories and x-ray tubes, coverage, and replacement. Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance inspections with a minimum of once annually and more frequently as indicated in accordance with Manufacturers specifications to include supporting computer systems and software. This requirement was processed IAW FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per 41 USC 3304(a)(l)
