Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for a service and maintenance contract for Samsung Digital Radiographic Equipment at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC). Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance services for all Samsung Digital Radiographic Systems owned by CNVAMC. This includes:

1. Preventive Maintenance (PM) services conducted per OEM specifications, including electrical safety checks, calibration, operational testing, lubrication, adjustments, and cleaning.

2. Corrective Repair services for unscheduled routine service calls and emergency service visits.

3. All parts provided must be OEM certified and new or factory refurbished with prior approval for refurbished parts.

4. The contractor must have at least two factory-trained representatives available to perform services on the equipment covered under this contract.

5. Response times for unscheduled repairs must be within two hours during business hours and eight hours for emergency services.

6. Invoices must be submitted in arrears after services rendered and approved.

Period of Performance
Base Year: January 16, 2027 - January 15, 2028; Option Year 1: January 16, 2028 - January 15, 2029; Option Year 2: January 16, 2029 - January 15, 2030; Option Year 3: January 16, 2030 - January 15, 2031; Option Year 4: January 16, 2031 - January 15, 2032.
