PM&R SVC, MRI CHILLER | SIEMENS -w/wd, Fitara not required, B 1, POP 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026

Background
The Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide MRI Chiller Services. An MRI Chiller is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of the MRI machine by keeping it cool. The current chiller, a KKT ECO133L model supporting the Siemens Magnetom Skyra MRI, has reached its end of life and is no longer supported by Siemens Healthcare. Therefore, PVAHCS aims to minimize risks associated with the MRI's operation by securing a new vendor for chiller support.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. Conduct preventive maintenance according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
2. Provide repair services as needed.
3. Supply all labor and travel necessary for service delivery.
4. Furnish all parts required for repairs, including refrigerant.
5. Notify the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to schedule service visits and verify that serviced equipment is fully functional before checkout.
6. Deliver a Field Service Report detailing services performed and quality assurance test results to the agency.
7. Inform the COR prior to adding or removing equipment and provide documentation for any changes made.
8. Ensure that service technicians are certified on KKT chillers and provide proof of certification with proposals and upon contract award.
9. Adhere to limitations on subcontracting, performing over 50% of the work directly.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Phoenix VA Healthcare System located at 650 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012.
