Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract for Philips Invivo DynaCAD maintenance, with Philips North America identified under award 36C26322P0320 (03/01/22–02/28/27) valued at $131,200 for “PHILIPS DYNACAD MAINTENANCE SERVICE.” The current requirement similarly calls for full service support for Philips Invivo DynaCAD systems (including preventative maintenance, repairs, parts, and software/hardware support) at the VA Harlingen facility, suggesting the prior work is a continuation of ongoing OEM maintenance coverage.
