Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking preventative maintenance services for an Allura XPER FD20 System at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The VA's mission is to provide healthcare services to veterans, and this contract aims to ensure the optimal working condition of medical equipment.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software, tools, and equipment for preventive maintenance inspection (PMI) and intervening services on the Allura XPER FD20 System. This includes performing PMI according to manufacturer's recommendations, providing hardware parts and applicable software updates, and ensuring telephone support services are available 24/7 at no additional cost. The contract also requires the contractor to perform at least one on-site PMI during the contract period and handle replacement parts, calibration of test equipment, and submission of complete field service reports within 7 calendar days of the work being completed. The contractor must also ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition at the expiration date of the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract period consists of a base period from May 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, with options for four additional periods extending up to September 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System located at 11201 Benton St., Loma Linda, CA 92375.
