NCO23 has a requirement for Philips Patient Monitoring Activation and ICCA Reconfiguration for VA Central Iowa Health Care System. This is an SDVOSB set aside solicitation. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 23, has a requirement for Philips Patient Monitoring Activation and ICCA Reconfiguration for the VA Central Iowa Health Care System. This project is part of a broader initiative to enhance patient monitoring capabilities and ensure compliance with modern healthcare standards. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the activation of Philips Patient Monitoring equipment in the 3rd floor Telemetry unit, which includes:

1. **Philips Patient Monitoring Activation**:
- Installation and configuration of wireless telemetry coverage.
- Relocation of existing equipment and installation of new equipment.
- Final testing of the system to ensure proper operation.
- Coordination with ongoing construction projects to minimize downtime.

2. **Intellispace Critical Care and Anesthesia (ICCA) Reconfiguration**:
- Reconfiguration services to support the remodel of the Telemetry unit.
- Project management and system testing while maintaining existing functionalities.

3. **Phased Approach**:
- Phase A: Installation of wireless telemetry infrastructure including core access points, remote access points, network switches, and updated wireless coverage heat maps.
- Phase B: Installation and configuration of existing equipment into new units, including central monitoring stations and bedside monitors.
- Phase C: Conduct final testing to verify operational integrity and provide updated inventory documentation.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance is approximately 3 months, starting from December 2025 to February 2026.
