Background
The North Texas Veterans Healthcare System, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking comprehensive maintenance services for reverse osmosis systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of these systems, which are critical for providing high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive service maintenance coverage for reverse osmosis systems as detailed in the Statement of Work. This includes:

1. Monthly maintenance services to ensure optimal operation of the reverse osmosis systems.

2. Unscheduled and emergency services as needed, with prior approval required from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) before any work begins. The contractor must provide details of the work needed and a cost breakdown prior to starting any unscheduled services. Failure to obtain prior approval will result in the contractor absorbing the costs of repairs.

3. Training for all contractor employees assigned to this contract on records management and other relevant agency policies.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on January 1, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026, with options for extensions through December 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the North Texas Veterans Healthcare System facilities located in Dallas, Texas.
