Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216-7167. GE Healthcare provided a sole source letter stating that they are the sole provider of remote and on-site service and offerings for support agreements. Additionally, GE Healthcare does not subcontract or offshore any products or services. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals.
