The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the size standard is $34 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Capability Statement Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.) Provide DUNS and/or CAGE Code. Ability and experience in managing this same requirement. Include general information and technical background describing your firm's experience on contracts requiring similar efforts to meet the program objectives. List of Projects (Government and Commercial) that are similar in scope and size. Anticipated Teaming Arrangements (if any). If plan on subcontracting, demonstrate that you will meet the limitations on subcontracting per FAR 52.219-14 for Small Businesses; VAAR 852.219-74 for SDVOSB/VOSB. GSA Contract Number, if applicable. Letter from Stryker Sales LLC authorizing your company to perform these services. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Stryker Sales LLC for full service of Neptune Waste Management Units for the VA Northern California Health Care System. The VA Northern California Health Care System is in need of a full-service contract for Stryker Neptune biological waste management units at Sacramento VA Medical Center in Mather, CA, Redding VA Outpatient Clinic in Redding, CA, and Martinez VA Outpatient Clinic in Martinez, CA. This full-service contract includes repairs, corrective and preventative maintenance, and replacement original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts serviced by a vendor certified by the OEM.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide two semi-annual preventative maintenances per unit per year according to the VA’s preventative maintenance schedule due dates. This includes preventive maintenance inspections twice per year before the requested date provided by the VA, not to exceed 6 months between PMs. Preventative maintenance including PM required parts, system verification, alignment, and adjustments are provided by the Contractor at no additional customer cost during the hours of coverage.

Factory-trained and authorized service labor and travel required for PM are included at no additional customer cost during the hours of coverage. The Contractor shall furnish documentation such as equipment verification, including all measurement and calibration data to certify that the system is performing to the performance specifications. Vendor will provide all replacement filters needed for the PM. The Contractor will provide on‐site service calls in order to make necessary repairs and adjustments to the equipment. An unlimited number of repairs or replacements of the Equipment, due to damage associated with normal use and wear, including all parts and labor associated with mail-in services.

Period of Performance
This is for a base year plus four option year requirement: Base Year 2024-2025; Option Year 1 2025-2026; Option Year 2 2026-2027; Option Year 3 2027-2028; Option Year 4 2028-2029

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Sacramento VA Medical Center in Mather, CA, Redding VA Outpatient Clinic in Redding, CA, and Martinez VA Outpatient Clinic in Martinez, CA.
