Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract for service and preventative maintenance of central monitoring equipment at the NY Harbor Healthcare System, Manhattan campus. In particular, the prior award 36C24223P0509 was awarded to Abbott Molecular for ALINITY M system service and preventative maintenance (02/06/23–01/31/28) with a value of $186,943, which aligns with the current requirement to provide fixed-price service and maintenance for central monitoring equipment at the same VA facility. The overlap in location and the focus on ongoing equipment servicing suggests the new effort may be a continuation or follow-on for similar maintenance activities.
